Did your character willingly come to Iyashikei? If yes, why? Yes, Rosie came to Iyashikei willingly, because she actually IS fond of doing good deeds and helping others despite being a citizen of Hell.
Will they need any special accommodations upon arrival? She'd need a house that can accommodate someone who is 7'5" and also the fact that Rosie IS a cannibal. We don't actually know if she's capable of eating normal food. We know she can COOK normal food but we've never seen her consume regular food.

Player Note: A LOT of Rosie's identity, motives, and history is still shrouded in mystery. So there will be times I will have to say "we just don't know/the show has not yet told us." She's a mystery, wrapped up in an enigma, and all tied up with a quandary bow.

Questions:

1. Tell us about who your character is and what someone’s first impression would be upon meeting them. How would your character act once someone got to know them?
Upon first meeting Rosie, someone's very first impression might be "wow, that is an incredibly tall woman," because Rosie stands at 7 feet 5 inches. If she chooses to give a wide, warm, and welcoming smile, a more fearful reaction might be "that is an entire mouthful of very sharp fangs."

However, if someone can make it past the height and the fangs, the impression will prove to be that Rosie is an elegant, refined, helpful, and more than slightly overly-familiar person who clearly enjoys good manners, a light joke, and is a consummate hostess. Even if it's not her own home or business, Rosie will immediately offer you something to eat, something to drink, and listen to your woes and worries. She'll offer to help in any way she can, even if it's just to lend an ear to a problem. Rosie is friendly and polite; she very rarely curses despite being a denizen of Hell, finding it rather unladylike, but if it helps to emphasize her point, she's not above using foul language. She maintains a calm, poised, and collected appearance, seemingly unflappable. She encourages people all the time, trying to help them through their problems. Everyone owes Rosie a favor in Hell, everyone in some way or another, but everyone also underestimates her or leaves her be in her corner of Pentagram City, and that's the way she likes it.

If someone gets to know Rosie, she is actually, mostly, STILL the same. Rosie may be willing to allow for a bit more of her irritation or annoyance at something to come through (like when discussing Susan's behavior), but even then she has a tendency to try and be forgiving or undersell the situation (it takes Alastor to call Susan a bitch, which Rosie does agree upon, but she herself doesn't call Susan that). You might even glean a hint or two about her past, and that there's some very real heartbreak backed by a lifetime of experiences that she's gone through. She's very good at seeing both sides of a situation, like pointing out how Vaggi might feel ashamed despite how mad Charlie was at the betrayal. She has many more mellow and quieter moments. She's not as much of a bombastic personality, though it's certainly still there, but she's more subdued and melancholic.

However, even THAT is not everything there is to know about Rosie. It takes being INCREDIBLY close and having known Rosie for YEARS to get somewhere even minutely close to the truth.

Rosie is a planner and a schemer. She's able to set plans and goals for YEARS if not centuries and millennia, depending on how old she actually is. She outright states that she had been waiting for quite some time for a soul like Alastor's to arrive in hell. What she wants from him, we don't know; potentially, Alastor may not even fully comprehend it. Rosie let him have his fun and run loose with his killing and torture, unbothered by all of it until one day, she decided, for unknown reasons, to make him go on hiatus. In fact, Alastor is arguably the closest person TO Rosie, knowing her the best, and we don't know if he understands who or what she is or what her plans fully are. Alastor does seem to have some knowledge, but Rosie clearly keeps things close to the chest, and despite how much she obviously trusts Alastor, she clearly doesn't trust him with everything. That said, Alastor is also the only one who knows her well enough to know she DOESN'T want to see Charlie, Vaggi, Nifty, Husk, Emily, or Angel Dust actually die or be harmed, using their lives for bargaining while ALSO knowing Rosie wouldn't be that upset about it as seen by how she smiles by his actions, clearly pleased at his play.

Which, just as a reminder, even though Rosie is gentler, she IS still an Overlord; she very clearly has no issues with violence, murder, owning souls, and other harsher realities that come with maintaining such a title. She willingly allows those who, arguably, are under her control and/or care to go to war against the Exorcist without even being concerned about the loss of lives from her own town. She is also, you know, a cannibal. She eats people, so there's that.

2. What is something unique and interesting about them, or what is a fun little tidbit that sets them apart from the crowd?

Well, aside from her height and appearance, Rosie is actually quite the chef and baker, as well as a big fan of dancing and singing. She is always one for being presentable and chic, wearing what would be the most fashionable for her preferred time period.

3. What does your character think their flaws are? What do they think their strengths are? What are their actual flaws and strengths?

Rosie has openly admitted that some of her flaws are finding it hard to admit to things when she's wrong or making up for things when she has done things she's not proud of. She knows she has hurt those she's loved, and that's something she feels is a major flaw. She tries to actively make up for it with her actions, feeling that words are cheap and has said as much.

She would say her strengths are that she is a great leader, able to keep Cannibal Town so clean and polite compared to the rest of Hell, well, leadership and her amazing sense of fashion.

As for actual flaws, Rosie is quite self-aware about herself and is, in fact, not wrong about what she views as personal flaws. There are just way more flaws that Rosie has. For one, she doesn't have issues owning souls, eating people, or laughing at the foolishness and mistakes of others.

Regarding her true strengths, again, Rosie rightfully calls out her leadership abilities (and sense of fashion), but she has strength in her kindness and her empathy. She has wisdom from a long-lived life, trying to help others avoid making the same mistakes she's seen (or maybe even did).

4. What is a common misconception other characters have about your character?

A common misconception is that Rosie is harmless or not an Overlord to pay much attention to... and she likes that people have that misconception about her.

Alastor is the only one who seems to know better, calling Rosie dangerous when introducing Charlie to Rosie. No one seemed to acknowledge that the RADIO DEMON called Rosie dangerous.

However, Rosie is most definitely powerful and dangerous, to what degree, we don't really know. We know Rosie is the reason Alastor is literally the most powerful sinner in hell, and is the one who gave him his staff. We also know she's able to break through to the human world and even make deals with the living, not just those in hell.
